The questions we hear most often about the accounting data converter.
You upload an export file from your accounting software (KROS Omega TXT, or Money S3, POHODA, MRP or ABRA Flexi XML). We analyse the file and show you document counts, control totals and partners — free of charge and without signing up. You then pick the target software and download a preview of the first 10 documents, also free.
KROS Omega, Money S3, POHODA, MRP and ABRA Flexi — in both directions, so you can convert documents from any one of them into any other.
Issued and received documents (invoices, credit notes, debit notes, proforma invoices, cash documents) with all their line items, the partner address book, the VAT breakdown to the cent and the journal entries (full postings into Omega, posting template codes into Money S3). The conversion never changes document counts or totals — we verify that before the output is generated. Settlements and open items, opening balances, fixed assets, payroll, stock and bank statements do not transfer yet — we are working on it (see the conversion scope overview below).
We keep the uploaded file and the generated output for 48 hours only, for technical processing, and then they are deleted automatically. We never use the data for any other purpose.
