Accounting data converter

From basic.sk to Money S3

Upload an export and we convert your documents automatically, with the totals checked to the cent, and the analysis and preview free of charge.

Replacing basic.sk with Money S3? The converter reads the .DBF tables from the ZIP of the accounting unit and prepares an XML import for Money S3 with issued and received invoices, the VAT breakdown and the partner address book. Payments from basic.sk are reflected in the open items, not as settled documents.

  • The converter transfers issued and received invoices, credit notes, debit notes and proforma invoices, complete with the issued-invoice line items, the partner address book and the VAT breakdown to the cent. Payments from basic.sk feed the open-items ledger in the report.
  • Posting templates are mapped to the codes Money S3 expects on import: you will also find them in the XLSX check report.
  • The output is checked back against the source the moment the conversion finishes: if even a single cent in the control totals were off, the conversion stops instead of silently losing data.
How it works

Three steps to a finished file.

  1. 1

    Upload the export from basic.sk

Drag the file (a ZIP export from basic.sk (the invoice .dbf tables)) into the converter or pick it from your computer.

  2. 2

    Check the free analysis

You see document counts, control totals and warnings, with no sign-up.

  3. 3

Download the output for Money S3

A preview of the first 10 documents is free. During the testing phase the full output is free too once you log in.

Guide

How to prepare the file and import the output.

Export from basic.sk

  1. Zip the accounting unit folder with the .DBF tables (C:\basic.sk\basicRR\…), or export a batch via Služby → Používateľské programy → Export faktúr and upload all of its files (hlav_vf, pol_vf, puh_vf, … parhla, parcbu) together.
  2. The converter reads issued and received invoices with their line items, VAT breakdown, payments and partners.

Import into Money S3

  1. Money S3 needs active number series for the books you import into. Without a series the import rejects the document.
  2. Import konverzia-money-s3-vydane and konverzia-money-s3-prijate via Nástroje → Výmena dát XML. Import the open-items files only after them.
  3. After the import, compare the document count with the Súhrn sheet of the report.

The converter is in its testing phase

We are still fine-tuning it and adding more document types. If something does not convert or the result does not match, email us at podpora@efaktura.sk. Send us your export files and during the testing phase we convert your data for you, completely free of charge.
