From basic.sk to POHODA
Upload an export and we convert your documents automatically, with the totals checked to the cent, and the analysis and preview free of charge.
Moving from basic.sk to POHODA without retyping anything: the converter reads the .DBF tables from the ZIP of the accounting unit and writes a POHODA XML import. Issued and received invoices, partners and control totals match the source to the cent; the journal entries stay in the XLSX check report together with the open items built from the payments.
- The converter transfers issued and received invoices, credit notes, debit notes and proforma invoices, complete with the issued-invoice line items, the partner address book and the VAT breakdown to the cent. Payments from basic.sk feed the open-items ledger in the report. Received foreign-currency documents do not transfer into POHODA yet: the converter lists them in the report and during the testing phase we help you with them.
- Journal entries and posting templates go into the XLSX check report only: the POHODA import cannot carry accounting entries, so you set them up in the target system by hand.
- The output is checked back against the source the moment the conversion finishes: if even a single cent in the control totals were off, the conversion stops instead of silently losing data.

How to prepare the file and import the output.
Export from basic.sk
- Zip the accounting unit folder with the .DBF tables (C:\basic.sk\basicRR\…), or export a batch via Služby → Používateľské programy → Export faktúr and upload all of its files (hlav_vf, pol_vf, puh_vf, … parhla, parcbu) together.
- The converter reads issued and received invoices with their line items, VAT breakdown, payments and partners.
Import into POHODA
- If you transfer OSS sales, set up OSS in POHODA before the import, following the note in the report.
- Import konverzia-pohoda-vydane and konverzia-pohoda-prijate via Súbor → Dátová komunikácia → XML import.
- Add the posting templates following the Rozúčtovanie sheet, the POHODA import does not take them from the file.
The converter is in its testing phase
We are still fine-tuning it and adding more document types. If something does not convert or the result does not match, email us at podpora@efaktura.sk. Send us your export files and during the testing phase we convert your data for you, completely free of charge.
