From basic.sk to MRP
Upload an export and we convert your documents automatically, with the totals checked to the cent, and the analysis and preview free of charge.
If your company is moving from basic.sk to MRP, the converter builds MRP XML 2.0 from the .DBF tables, with issued and received invoices, credit notes and debit notes. Partners and the VAT breakdown match the source to the cent, and the payments from basic.sk appear in the open items of the check report.
- The converter transfers issued and received invoices, credit notes, debit notes and proforma invoices, complete with the issued-invoice line items, the partner address book and the VAT breakdown to the cent. Payments from basic.sk feed the open-items ledger in the report. Foreign-currency documents do not transfer into MRP yet: the converter lists them in the report and during the testing phase we help you with them.
- Journal entries and posting templates go into the XLSX check report only: the MRP import cannot carry accounting entries, so you set them up in the target system by hand.
- The output is checked back against the source the moment the conversion finishes: if even a single cent in the control totals were off, the conversion stops instead of silently losing data.
Three steps to a finished file.
- 1
Upload the export from basic.sk
Drag the file (a ZIP export from basic.sk (the invoice .dbf tables)) into the converter or pick it from your computer.
- 2
Check the free analysis
You see document counts, control totals and warnings, with no sign-up.
- 3
Download the output for MRP
A preview of the first 10 documents is free. During the testing phase the full output is free too once you log in.
How to prepare the file and import the output.
Export from basic.sk
- Zip the accounting unit folder with the .DBF tables (C:\basic.sk\basicRR\…), or export a batch via Služby → Používateľské programy → Export faktúr and upload all of its files (hlav_vf, pol_vf, puh_vf, … parhla, parcbu) together.
- The converter reads issued and received invoices with their line items, VAT breakdown, payments and partners.
Import into MRP
- Before the first import, create an import profile in MRP (number series and VAT type).
- Import konverzia-mrp-vydane and konverzia-mrp-prijate in the Vizuálny systém via Údržba dát → Export/Import dát → XML 2.0, in MRP-K/S with the Export/Import button in the invoice agenda.
- MRP does not post imported documents by itself: post them via Funkcie → Zaúčtovanie faktúry or Hromadné zaúčtovanie faktúr.
The converter is in its testing phase
We are still fine-tuning it and adding more document types. If something does not convert or the result does not match, email us at podpora@efaktura.sk. Send us your export files and during the testing phase we convert your data for you, completely free of charge.
