From MRP to basic.sk
Upload an export and we convert your documents automatically, with the totals checked to the cent, and the analysis and preview free of charge.
Moving from MRP to the SofCom accounting program basic.sk is what this conversion handles: it turns MRP XML 2.0 into a batch of .DBF files for Import faktúr. Issued and received invoices transfer with the partners and the VAT breakdown, and the invoices start out as unpaid in basic.sk.
- The converter transfers issued and received invoices, credit notes, debit notes and proforma invoices, complete with the issued-invoice line items, the partner address book and the VAT breakdown to the cent. Foreign-currency documents, OSS sales and payments (documents arrive unpaid) do not transfer into basic.sk yet: the converter lists them in the report and during the testing phase we help you with them.
- Journal entries and posting templates go into the XLSX check report only: the basic.sk import cannot carry accounting entries, so you set them up in the target system by hand.
- The output is checked back against the source the moment the conversion finishes: if even a single cent in the control totals were off, the conversion stops instead of silently losing data.
Three steps to a finished file.

Upload the export from MRP
Drag the file (an XML 2.0 export from MRP) into the converter or pick it from your computer.
- 2
Check the free analysis
You see document counts, control totals and warnings, with no sign-up.
- 3

A preview of the first 10 documents is free. During the testing phase the full output is free too once you log in.
How to prepare the file and import the output.
Export from MRP
- Export the issued and received invoices to XML 2.0: in the Vizuálny systém via Údržba dát → Export/Import dát → XML 2.0, in MRP-K/S with the Export/Import button in the invoice agenda.
- When converting to KROS Omega or Money S3, add the accounting journal and the chart of accounts from MRP (DBF format) as well. Without the journal the postings do not transfer.
Import into basic.sk
- Back up the accounting unit in basic.sk before importing.
- Copy every batch file (the .dbf tables and their .cdx indexes, hlav_vf … parcbu) into the import folder set under Služby → Konfigurácia programu → Parametre programu → Parametre užívateľa (the Import field).
- If Import faktúr is missing under Služby → Používateľské programy, download ximpfa.app from sofcom.sk into the basicRR\PRG folder and restart basic.sk.
- Run Služby → Používateľské programy → Import faktúr, choose Vyšlé (then Došlé) → Výber, tick the first column of every invoice and press Import. The program adds missing partners by company ID (IČO).
- Compare the batch description with the Súhrn sheet of the report. The batch does not carry payments, so the invoices arrive as unpaid — settle them from the bank statement.
- Import each batch only once: basic.sk does not reject the same document and writes it a second time.
The converter is in its testing phase
We are still fine-tuning it and adding more document types. If something does not convert or the result does not match, email us at podpora@efaktura.sk. Send us your export files and during the testing phase we convert your data for you, completely free of charge.
