From MRP to POHODA
Upload an export and we convert your documents automatically, with the totals checked to the cent, and the analysis and preview free of charge.
If your company is moving from MRP-Soft to POHODA, the converter turns the MRP XML export straight into the POHODA XML format. Issued and received invoices, credit notes and debit notes transfer together with the partners and the VAT breakdown. The journal entries from MRP stay captured in the XLSX check report, because the POHODA import does not carry accounting entries.
- The converter transfers issued and received invoices, credit notes, debit notes, proforma invoices and invoice payments, complete with their line items, the partner address book and the VAT breakdown to the cent. Received foreign-currency documents do not transfer into POHODA yet: the converter lists them in the report and during the testing phase we help you with them.
- Journal entries and posting templates go into the XLSX check report only: the POHODA import cannot carry accounting entries, so you set them up in the target system by hand.
- The output is checked back against the source the moment the conversion finishes: if even a single cent in the control totals were off, the conversion stops instead of silently losing data.
Three steps to a finished file.

How to prepare the file and import the output.
Export from MRP
- Export the issued and received invoices to XML 2.0: in the Vizuálny systém via Údržba dát → Export/Import dát → XML 2.0, in MRP-K/S with the Export/Import button in the invoice agenda.
- When converting to KROS Omega or Money S3, add the accounting journal and the chart of accounts from MRP (DBF format) as well. Without the journal the postings do not transfer.
Import into POHODA
- If you transfer OSS sales, set up OSS in POHODA before the import, following the note in the report.
- Import konverzia-pohoda-vydane and konverzia-pohoda-prijate via Súbor → Dátová komunikácia → XML import. Import the invoice payments file konverzia-pohoda-uhrady the same way, only after the invoices.
- Add the posting templates following the Rozúčtovanie sheet, the POHODA import does not take them from the file.
The converter is in its testing phase
We are still fine-tuning it and adding more document types. If something does not convert or the result does not match, email us at podpora@efaktura.sk. Send us your export files and during the testing phase we convert your data for you, completely free of charge.
