From KROS Omega to MRP
Upload an export and we convert your documents automatically, with the totals checked to the cent, and the analysis and preview free of charge.
If your company is moving from KROS Omega to MRP-Soft, the converter processes the TXT export and generates the XML 2.0 import file for MRP. Issued and received invoices, credit notes and debit notes transfer together with the partner address book. The journal entries from Omega stay captured in the XLSX check report, because the MRP import does not carry accounting entries.
- The converter transfers issued and received invoices, credit notes, debit notes and proforma invoices, complete with their line items, the partner address book and the VAT breakdown to the cent. Cash documents, foreign-currency documents and internal documents do not transfer into MRP yet: the converter lists them in the report and during the testing phase we help you with them.
- Journal entries and posting templates go into the XLSX check report only: the MRP import cannot carry accounting entries, so you set them up in the target system by hand.
- The output is checked back against the source the moment the conversion finishes: if even a single cent in the control totals were off, the conversion stops instead of silently losing data.
Three steps to a finished file.

How to prepare the file and import the output.
Export from KROS Omega
- Export the documents for the period you are moving to a text file (TXT). The converter reads the export from the accounting books and from the Fakturácia module, which also carries the invoice line items.
- Do not open or save the file in Excel, it would change the format.
Import into MRP
- Before the first import, create an import profile in MRP (number series and VAT type).
- Import konverzia-mrp-vydane and konverzia-mrp-prijate in the Vizuálny systém via Údržba dát → Export/Import dát → XML 2.0, in MRP-K/S with the Export/Import button in the invoice agenda.
- MRP does not post imported documents by itself: post them via Funkcie → Zaúčtovanie faktúry or Hromadné zaúčtovanie faktúr.
The converter is in its testing phase
We are still fine-tuning it and adding more document types. If something does not convert or the result does not match, email us at podpora@efaktura.sk. Send us your export files and during the testing phase we convert your data for you, completely free of charge.
