Accounting data converter

From MRP to KROS Omega

Upload an export and we convert your documents automatically, with the totals checked to the cent, and the analysis and preview free of charge.

Companies moving from MRP-Soft to KROS Omega can bring their document history across with a single XML upload. The converter generates an Omega TXT import with issued and received documents, partners and the VAT breakdown. If you add the accounting journal export from MRP (DBF) alongside the XML, the journal entries transfer in full as R02 rows straight into the TXT export, exactly as your accountant posted them.

  • The converter transfers issued and received invoices, credit notes, debit notes and proforma invoices, complete with their line items, the partner address book and the VAT breakdown to the cent.
  • Journal entries transfer in full: the converter writes the posting rows (R02) straight into the TXT export for KROS Omega.
  • The output is checked back against the source the moment the conversion finishes: if even a single cent in the control totals were off, the conversion stops instead of silently losing data.
How it works

Three steps to a finished file.

  1. 1

    Upload the export from MRP

Drag the file (an XML 2.0 export from MRP) into the converter or pick it from your computer.

  2. 2

    Check the free analysis

You see document counts, control totals and warnings, with no sign-up.

  3. 3

Download the output for KROS Omega

A preview of the first 10 documents is free. During the testing phase the full output is free too once you log in.

Guide

How to prepare the file and import the output.

Export from MRP

  1. Export the issued and received invoices to XML 2.0: in the Vizuálny systém via Údržba dát → Export/Import dát → XML 2.0, in MRP-K/S with the Export/Import button in the invoice agenda.
  2. When converting to KROS Omega or Money S3, add the accounting journal and the chart of accounts from MRP (DBF format) as well. Without the journal the postings do not transfer.

Import into KROS Omega

  1. Check that the company in Omega has the evidencie and number series listed under Pred importom in the conversion report (cash desk P1 with series P and V, bank B1). Omega silently skips documents whose series does not exist.
  2. The accounts from the Rozúčtovanie sheet must exist in the chart of accounts.
  3. Import konverzia-omega.txt via Firma → Import → Import z textového súboru. Import the bank statements file banka-omega.txt and the open-items file otvorene-polozky-omega.txt the same way, only after it.
  4. After the import, compare the document count with the Súhrn sheet of the report.

The converter is in its testing phase

We are still fine-tuning it and adding more document types. If something does not convert or the result does not match, email us at podpora@efaktura.sk. Send us your export files and during the testing phase we convert your data for you, completely free of charge.
